Kick Off meeting with new SLN Initiative members

Within the framework of the ‘SMARTLABOR – Strengthening Alliances for Policy Development and Testing in the domain of  Innovation, Digitalization, and the Labor Market in the Western Balkans“ the Smart Labor Network will convene an online  kick-off meeting of the SLN members on 7 March 2025.

The Smart Labor Network (SLN) is a new initiative aimed at driving innovation and  sustainability in agriculture in the Western Balkans. Led by the Public Policy Research Centre (Serbia), Center for Development Evaluation and Social Research – CREDI (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and IMPETUS (North Macedonia), SLN is committed to advancing smart agriculture through Smart Specialization Strategies (S3), with a strong focus on digitalization, green transitions,  and skills development.

The 12 new members of the SLN from Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Serbia will learn about the SLN vision and goals as well as about the  upcoming activities and collaboration opportunities.

The meeting  will be an opportunity for the professionals from the academia and businesses dedicated to smart and sustainable agriculture – the SLN members – to meet, discuss the current challenges and connect.

The organization of this event is supported through the “SMART Balkans – Civil Society for Shared Society in the Western Balkans” regional project implemented by the Centar za promociju civilnog društva (CPCD), Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM) and Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM) and financially supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA).
