IMPETUS attended on the first Summer school in the Western Balkan: “Follow the Money: Tracking Illicit Financial Flows and Countering of Sanctions’ Evasion Schemes” organized by the Centar za evropske politike – CEP and Center for the Study of Democracy, held in Belgrade, Serbia in the period from 29-30.05.2023.
The event presents the best methods and tools for tracking illicit financial flows and countering sanctions’ evasion schemes. During the event, the participants were engaged in discussions on investigating illicit financial flows, implementing effective anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism measures, safeguarding media pluralism, sanctioning corruption, and rebuilding alliances in a post-war world.
