SMART LABOR project hosted an inspiring online event in collaboration with the Global Cyber Alliance

We gathered agrifood and cyber experts and engaged the communities to explore ways to make the Internet safer and more secure for everyone, with a special focus on under-resourced and grassroots audiences.

GCA shared their mission to build a secure, trustworthy Internet that fosters social and economic progress for all.

🔹 We discussed their innovative programs, such as:
✔ The #Capacity & #Resilience Program and actionable cybersecurity toolkits for journalists, small businesses, and individuals.
✔ Actionable Cybersecurity #Tools (ACT) and the #CyberFlex initiative to empower underserved communities and young people.
✔ The #Internet #Integrity Program tackling systemic Internet risks like malicious domain names and routing security.
✔ Collective actions through Nonprofit Cyber and #Common #Good #Cyber.

For Impetus, as a partner to GCA, these discussions are vital for strengthening our local digital safety ecosystem, supporting social resilience, and amplifying collaboration with global actors like GCA and the SMART LABOR project. 🤝
