Empowering Global Security Discussions at GLOBSEC 2025

Liljana Pecova Ilieska, representing Impetus, recently participated in the prestigious GLOBSEC 2025 conference. This event provided a platform for engaging discussions with thought leaders, policymakers, and experts. It was a privilege to contribute to conversations that shape the future of global security.

The GLOBSEC Forum 2025, held from June 12–14 in Prague, marked its 20th anniversary. Recognized as the leading strategic conference in Central and Eastern Europe, the forum brought together over 2,000 participants from 78 countries. Under the theme “Commanding (in) Chaos: Time for Europe to Step Up,” discussions focused on Europe’s strategic autonomy, defense spending, technological sovereignty, and the future of NATO. The event underscored the urgency for Europe to strengthen its security and resilience in the face of evolving global challenges.
