Impetus organized a team building training on communications for the State Election Commission, an activity supported by OSCE Mission to Skopje.
Effective, transparent and professional functioning of the State Election Commission (SEC) is crucial for running any electoral cycle, and a prerequisite for fair and democratic elections.
For this reason, The OSCE Mission in Skopje supported the training of SEC staff in strengthening internal communication and teamwork, which would lead to better organization and planning of any future election cycle.
