The analysis was conducted as an activity in the action “Anti-corruption policies and risks in times of emergency” within the project “CSOs and Media against Corruption – Coalition for Zero Tolerance”, supported by the European Union, implemented by Transparency Macedonia and NGO Info center.
The general purpose of the analysis was to determine, check and assess the situation with the introduced governmental measures through the decrees with legal force for the duration of the state of emergency in North Macedonia. By monitoring and assessing the degree of transparency in the adoption of measures and decrees by national and local authorities, contributions should be made to the detection of corruption risks in their implementation. Thus, through the identified conditions, the conclusions drawn, recommendations and proposals should be influenced towards greater transparency at national and local level.
